The section also reports on the efforts of various business firms to comply with the e-discovery ruling. The law, amended under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, requires critical e-discovery obligations for parties to lawsuits in federal court. According to the report, despite the steep penalties for failure to comply with the regulations, many Wall Street firms still don't have effective plans in place to deal with potential litigation. << 收起
