This paper presents the basic conception and design flow of SOC,the key techniques for SOC design and the challenges about design methods, manufacturing process and functional test for SOC.It also discusses the development frend of SOC technology.In this paper, based on IF (intermediate frequency) software radio, the theories and the implementation scheme of IF digital signal processing techniques are discussed. For example,the sampling technology,multirate digital signal processing and the multidecimition filter technology.In the paper,some specially DDC chips are compared.The IP core of digital down converter (DDC) based on the FPGA implementation scheme is designed and implemented. The Frequency Shift Keying modulation is widely used in HF digital communication.This thesis mainly discusses the method of FSK and demodulation. It also discuss the traditional way ofFSK demodulation and two algorithms of FSK demodulation that published in the reference ,compare and summarize the ways of FSK demodulation . But in this thesis, a digital method of accomplishing FSK demodulation was put up and realized. The FSK demodulation algorithm base on the change of the phase, it is easy to be realized and replanted. Computer simulation results show that, the algorithm gives better character of BER. << 收起
