Information technology industry has become a major mark of advanced productivity as well as the accelerator of knowledge economy. This paper summarizes three opinions on developing information system by analyzing the formation and development process of information system with summary of main factors during developing information system. Besides, it proposes the structural model of information system development system so that it explores the reasons, essential features and the major problems which are needed to be solved during information system development from the perspective of complicated science. << 收起
