The x-ray divergent-beam technique and the method of numerical solution of Takagi's equations have been used. It has been shown that diamond crystals synthesized in the Ni-Mn-C system contain laminated segregations in the form of growth regions due to the inhomogeneous capture of nitrogen or boron impurities during the crystal growth and the quasiperiodic strain fields generated. << 收起
