Western New York is home to more than 500 computer bulletin board services, and at least two are sounding a note of caution for their colleagues who toil in the dark. 'I'm expecting the alarm bells to start going off any minute now. I'm expecting many small operators to just say the heck with it,' said J. Henry Priebe, operator of Blue Moon On-Line, the Buffalo area's largest bulletin board service.
