Raymond Sobiesky and David Bowser, who left the board in March, are using marketing expertise and industry contacts to launch a new retail technology store. CyberWare opens in September and will sell everything electronic, from detectors and VCRs to computer systems. CyberWare doesn't have a physical location--the shopping and purchases will be done via computer over information networks such as Prodigy or Internet. 'We saw an opportunity to really start putting together an [online] retail focused company,' said Sobiesky. 'Really, you could consider us a kind of reseller. We're a virtual computer superstore.
